About the artwork and sitter
Linda Knight is a senior academic, having worked for many years at QUT. She focusses on affective, corporeal research methodologies, philosophies and critical theories of childhood, and drawing practices.
This photo represents the four driving aspects of her life in one sitting. Academic. Life long creative (she makes her own clothes). Forever punk. Founder member of Feminist Educators Against Sexism.
About the artist
Collin Bushell is a Brisbane photographer, and Vice President of the Professional Photographers’ Association of Queensland. He won the Lord Mayor’s Photographic Award in 2015. He is active in community activities and teaching.
